I often ask clients, “What areas of your home are unused (or underutilized)?” and “What functions are you lacking?” This wonderful “lounge” was previously a pass-through space between the living room and patio. Now, it’s a snazzy bar and spot to chat with a cocktail in hand. Cheers!
