What do you wear on “Casual Friday” (or in a casual workplace) if you don’t feel quite professional enough in jeans? A dark-rinse chambray shirtdress is easy and cool, yet appropriate for a client-facing role. Flats with a dress can absolutely work, as long as they are simple and sleek, with bonus points for pointed toes and (in my world) for leopard print. A belt for some waist definition and a fun bracelet (I made this one from pieces of a vintage belt), and you’re set for a comfortable, polished casual day at the office.
