What do you wear when you’re feeling less than your personal best? I vote for something skimming and comfy (not shapeless), with a bit of heel (to elevate the look) and something with enough pizazz to “create a diversion”. In this case, the neckpiece (self-made out of neon cord from the hardware store) and cuff (artist-made from a vintage record) catch the eye and start conversation.
