What do you wear as summer winds down, but it’s not quiiiite fall weather yet? Once again, layers to the rescue. In this case, a lightweight cotton jacket with a southwestern vibe is temperature-appropriate, and super fun to wear. Underneath, a black tank and trusty black skinny jeans provide a suitably quiet background, with a subtle pop of burnished bronze on western-ish booties (these are from last year, but it’s a big autumn trend for 2019). A woven belt holds everything in place, bronze/beaded bracelets add a little detail, and turquoise ombré sunglasses just make me happy.
