Fashion Friday: Transitional Springtime

What do you wear during transitional springtime weather, when it’s not too hot, not too cold...perfect for a light jacket? (Bonus points for those of you who got the Miss Congeniality reference). I’m still in COVID “stay safe, healthy, and comfortable” mode, so my “light jacket” is a moto style made of sweatshirt knit, the jeans have stretch (old wide-leg NYDJ jeans I cut off last year), and the sweater underneath is lightweight cotton. The leopard mules were one of those incredible, random Goodwill finds; on-trend, comfy, perfect fit, and never worn before! I made the necklace from a black silk cord and a sample of coiled metal mesh I received at my studio. Jacket: Silence+Noise from a Buffalo Exchange in Seattle, sweater: Banana Republic, shoes: Franco Sarto (sweater and shoes both from Goodwill), jeans: NYDJ via TJ Max (cropped at home), necklace: self made.
