Artist Nancy Childs and I have been friends for over three decades, beginning with my being a devoted fan of her work. Nancy’s process of layered mono prints on handmade paper is mysterious and complex, and her sense of color is nothing short of amazing. Her imagery is deeply personal, always leaving the viewer to wonder about its deeper meaning, while being charmed by its beauty.
