#SundaySpotlight I had the privilege of having Dr. Robert Hillestad teach my very first design class at the University of Nebraska, and later, having him on my graduate committee. He has been a true pioneer in the genre of textile art, and has served as an inspiration to more students than we can know (myself included). His use of color is unmatched, his textures are sumptuous, and his forms are luscious.
