I’ve been reading that “waistcoats” (aka, vests) are going to be a big trend for 2020. If that turns out to be the case, I’m good to go with this leather beauty I found at Goodwill years ago. It works wonderfully over an oversized white shirt, as that important “third piece.” What’s your opinion on vests: yay or nay?
